BHL takes great care to achieve the highest standards of information governance and that our data collection, recording and reporting systems are consistent with NHS values in terms of safety, openness and accountability.

Feedback to the Referral Management Services

If you wish to feedback to BHL about the service you have received from us, whether a compliment or a concern, please let us know. It is only through your feedback that we can improve our services and tailor them to the needs of the patient.

Booking an Appointment

We will try to contact you two times by phone before we book an appointment on your behalf and put the details in the post. However, you can change this appointment if it is not convenient and in our letter we will tell you how.

Cancelling an Appointment

Should you need to cancel an appointment, please help us keep waiting times down by giving your chosen provider or ourselves at least 48 hours notice. This will help ensure your appointment time can be offered to another patient.

Rearranging an Appointment

Should you need to rearrange an appointment that we have helped you book, please let us know by calling on 020 8269 3444 for Bexley patients, 020 8269 3410 for Brent patients, 020 8269 3400 for Greenwich patients , 020 8269 3401 for Lewisham patients or 020 8269 3404 for Harrow patients and we will do our best to find you another convenient appointment.
